How we work
Day 1: Arrival and setting intention. Why are you here? What breakthrough are you looking for?
Days 2–3: You learn powerful large-format painting techniques from Manuela and work on your own canvas. Through intensive coaching conversations, you translate what emerges on the canvas into insights about your leadership challenges.
Day 4: Finalise your artwork, deep reflection and concrete action planning. Your painting is professionally rolled and travels home with you.
Post-workshop: 2-hour online follow-up session (2–3 months later) to maintain momentum.
