Organisations are living systems \u2014 not machines to be fixed.<\/p>

They take shape through interaction, relationships and decisions \u2014 every single day.<\/p>

Leadership is not a title. And certainly not a box on an org chart. Leadership is a mindset. It shows in conversations, in action, in how we treat people especially when things get hard.<\/p>

Leading means taking respons<\/em>-ability. Having responses<\/em> for how goals can be reached. Not alone. Not heroically. But through developing the team and unfolding its potential.<\/p>

Kulturelle works with con-versation as its lever. Because in conversation, we see how we observe the world, how we interpret one another \u2014 and where we \u2014 often without noticing \u2014 get in our own way.<\/p>

When perspectives and mindsets shift, energy is released. Leadership gains substance. Decisions land. And from leadership comes leader-ship \u2014 not as power, but as impact.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

I’ve lived in twelve countries on four continents and worked with over 50 very different organisations \u2014 from start-ups to multinationals, public institutions to NGOs, students to executive teams.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

This diversity has sharpened my eye for culture: how decisions are made, how accountability is taken, and what actually holds collaboration together in everyday life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Beyond organisational work, I regularly collaborate with students at universities and schools on future skills \u2014 from preparing for international internships to start-up pitches.
