Ontological refers to our being-in-the-world: how we observe reality and which possibilities for action are open to us — and which ones we miss entirely.

We don’t work on behaviour. We work at its source.

 Three inseparable dimensions interlock:

• Language, which creates reality

• Emotions, which shape decisions.

• Body, which carries presence, mindset and leadership.
