We celebrate our newly certified ontological coaches and open the circle. For alumni, for friends, for everyone who senses that real connection is more than a good technique.
The morning puts experience and practice first. Body and emotion, through music, voice and the art of truly connecting. Then lunch on the terrace and an easy close.

What to expect
Ontological coaching works with body, language and emotion. We make exactly that tangible on this day. You see your fellow coaches again, meet new people, celebrate with the German-speaking ontological coaching community and step into a workshop that shows how connection in coaching really happens.

8:30 – 9:00 Arrival
Coffee and a light breakfast. Time for first conversations.
9:00 – 10:00 · Welcome & getting to know each other
Who’s here? A look at ontological coaching, the purpose of the day. And: congratulations to our nine newly certified ontological coaches.
10:00 – 13:00 · Workshop with Lilia Tripodi: connection you can feel
An experiential workshop on resonance, presence and voice. From grounding to real listening, all the way to a shared experience with music. Practical exercises that let you feel the concepts of coaching in your body.
13:00 – 14:00 · Lunch & close
We eat together and let the day wind down on the terrace, for everyone who wants to stay. Let’s keep con-versing.

Format: Experiential. As always without slides, but with plenty of passion, pratice and teamspirit.

YOUR WORKSHOP GUIDE
Lilia Tripodi
Opera singer, coach, keynote speaker
„Twenty years on the opera stage taught me: people don’t follow a strategy. They follow resonance.“
For more than 20 years Lilia sang on European opera stages. Konzertexamen at the Cologne University of Music, raised as the daughter of two opera singers. Resonance is lived practice for her.
Today she coaches leaders and speaks on stage as a keynote speaker. Her approach is called Leadership Heartset and connects psychology, coaching and music. Music is her training instrument for presence and real listening.
